The H Family {Family Photography | Oak Bay, B.C.}
Oh how I love watching my newborn clients grow! I had such a fun time with the H family (including the ever adorable Jack) – we couldn’t have asked for better weather, and Mr. R even gave me a few rare smiles (such a serious little man he is). Thanks Evan, Christie, Jack and Mr. R – it’s always wonderful to see you!
Thankful {Life & Lens | Personal Project}
In this busy and hectic world it is so easy to take the things for granted – the roof over our heads, the food that we eat, the cars that we drive, the beautiful city we live in. This month’s Life & Lens project is centered around the idea of being thankful, and was a wonderful opportunity for me to pause and think about the things that I most appreciate…

The K Family {Family Photography | Saanichton, B.C.}
I have a confession… this session was the first time I ever shot at Island View. I now see why so many photographers love it! The K family was in town from Ontario, and I’m glad we got to discover the beach together. They were so much fun and made my job ridiculously easy!
Extended Family Love {Family Photography | Mill Bay, B.C.}
I absolutely adore family sessions that involve grandparents! This family travelled from far and wide to meet in Mill Bay, and I was lucky enough to photograph them.
Andrew & Sophia {Couple’s Photography | Victoria, B.C.}
Ask me how excited I was that Andrew had a guitar??? It worked absolutely perfectly with the feel of this session. Thank you so much Andrew and Sophia for a great shoot!
Kylan & Robin {Couple’s Photography | Victoria, B.C.}
I had so much fun shooting this rainy day session with Kylan and Robin! They were such good sports (nothing like wading in the ocean in March). In typical Vancouver Island fashion, the weather was all over the map, with the sun coming out to shine just as were leaving! Thanks again, Kylan and Robin – you guys were absolutely amazing!
The Many Faces of Miss N {Personal Project | Victoria, B.C.}
It’s hard to believe that my baby girl is turning four years old! It’s harder still to believe that she actually allowed me to do a photo session with her… sort of. Meet the many faces of Miss N. {There was dancing, signing, rump shaking, and a whole lot of bribes involved in making this shoot happen! }
